At Habits and Rituals you will learn and explore what PNI is and the role it plays in psychological wellbeing. Unlike conventional approaches, PNI acknowledges the very real physical impact emotions and mood have on the body. More specifically it focuses on the multi directional relationship between the mind, endocrine and immune systems.
PI therapy is an integrative treatment developed for depression and anxiety. This multi-targeted intervention promotes change in the
psychological, dietary/nutritional, lifestyle/environmental, physical/medical, and social/spiritual domains.
I offer education and training around Diaphragmatic Breathing (DB) and Guided Imagery (GI). We will work together to create an effective DB and GI practice that fits seamlessly into your everyday life.
I can teach you mindfulness and meditation techniques to help you reduce stress, increase focus, and improve your overall well-being. I draw on current research in the field of neuroscience to assist you in applying effective meditation practises.
At Habits and Rituals we believe that personal habits hold the key to sustained wellbeing. I can teach you the science of habit formation and evidence-based techniques to implement change. In collaboration we will build an effective and achievable plan to facilitate improved health outcomes.
